It's cool outside in the evenings again and IT FEELS AWESOME. Didn't think we'd have cool air again until like, November here. Which I do not plan to stick around here for.
So with the full moon and cooler air, the poms were ultra caffeinated last night. Bouncing off the walls.
I've been soo tired/fatigued. It's something I've struggled with for most of my life but seems more difficult now - maybe because I know I have a lot to do. I tend to teeter on borderline anemic and I assume this has something to do with it. I'm doing my best. I forgot the termite guy was coming by yesterday so I was in my bathrobe when he showed up *embarrassed*. He looked and sounded like the main guy on Swamp People too. Good thing I understand heavy Cajun accents or I'd have had NO idea what he was telling me. Anyway, he said everything looked good but we need to clear the grass overgrowth away from the foundation in the front of the house. No problem.
Side thought: the media likes to portray Southerners (U.S.) as stupid, uneducated idiots, but I have to say that even the ones I know who barely made it out of high school are some of the smartest people I know. Something my Other Half once pointed out to me was that IQ has nothing to do with book smarts. IQ measures how you think and solve problems, not necessarily what you know. With that said, sometimes I think the most ingenious people tend to be ones who weren't heavily schooled. Rather than learn to be good at taking tests, they jumped straight into the world and began solving problems as best they could, sometimes with brilliant results. Just a thought.
I finally got the first official doll mold poured and cleaned up. Waiting for her to dry before I begin painting.
I'm just so overwhelmed with everything I need to do in the next 2.5 months...
Oh. Agents Of Shield (the Marvel TV show) had its season finale on Tuesday. OMG. I'm so glad it's coming back later this year for season 2. That's one series I will definitely be owning! It's become one of those *must see no matter what* shows.
Well, gotta run and start ticking items off that to-do list. Happy hump day, y'all!
